June 2, 2014 | By HPAC Magazine

Aquatherm North America has announced that it is adding a warehouse facility at 553 Basaltic Road in Vaughan, ON, through Links Warehousing & Fulfillment. This is Aquatherm NA’s third distribution facility, along with Lindon, UT and Port Huron, MI. The Ontario warehouse is currently set up to fill only short orders and will calls within Eastern Canada. The order process remains the same for all Aquatherm orders.

Aquatherm executive vice president of Canada sales, Don Schneider, explained that the increased distribution capacity will significantly reduce customs delays and reduce transportation costs. “We are excited to partner with Links Warehousing & Fulfillment and substantially improve logistical support in Canada with this new facility.”

In other Aquatherm news, the company has  announced a wholesale distribution partnership in British Columbia with Andrew Sheret Limited. According to a statement from Aquatherm, this partnership reflects the increase in popularity of Aquatherm not only across the country, but especially in the West, as BC and Alberta have seen widespread adoption of its polypropylene-random (PP-R) pipe in everything from high-rises to residences. Andrew Sheret, which has 22 locations across the province, will stock a full line of Aquatherm pipe, fittings, and heat fusion tools.

Andrew Sheret focuses on sales and distribution of both North American and international products but does not participate in product installation. Its staff will work closely with Aquatherm corporate staff and the manufacturer’s representative for BC, Hy-Line Sales Ltd, which is located in Langley, BC.
