Klein recalls digital clamp metres

May 20, 2016 | By HPAC Magazine

A joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Klein Tools has been issued for Klein Tools’ digital clamp metres. The metres can fail to give an accurate voltage reading, which results in the operator falsely believing the electrical power is off which poses shock, electrocution and burn hazards.
