McKeough Supply held its 19th Annual Bill Porteous Memorial Golf Tournament on June 1, 2017 at Burford Golf Links in Burford, ON. The tournament was a great success with $35,000 raised in support of Camp Trillium/Rainbow Lake. This donation will enable 35 families affected by childhood cancer to spend a week at camp, having fun being kids.
More than 100 McKeough customers, vendors, and teammates participated in the event. The wholesaler gave special thanks to its Platinum level sponsors: ICP (Tempstar & Keeprite) , A.M.T.S. (ADP), Venmar, Sandpiper, Rheem and Deflecto. Onward Manufacturing/Broil King donated a BBQ as the premier raffle prize. The event could not have been a success without many volunteers but organizers gave a special call out to Rhonda Craft who leads the organization, planning, and overall success of the event.
Next year will be the 20th annual tournament and McKeough has set a goal of raising $50,000-an all-time record.
