General Pipe Cleaners celebrates 85 years

Established in 1930, General Pipe Cleaners is celebrating its 85^th anniversary this year. The third-generation, family-owned business is based in the U.S. Its Flexicorecable design, which was first introduced in the 1940s, remains in use today. Automatic cable feeds followed, and later water jets with features to allow manoeuvring around tight bends and down long lines. Today, General boasts a full line of advanced drain cleaning products – including sewer and drain cleaners, water and trailer jets, video inspection systems, water leak locators, pipe freeze kits, pipe thawing machines, and copper and plastic tubing cutters.
