Mr. Rooter Plumbing is celebrating 45 years of business with a $45 discount on the company’s Advantage Plan. The plan offers customers priority scheduling, preferential pricing, multiple-site coverage and additional benefits.
“This celebration marks 45 years of progress and a commitment to achieving another 45 years of success,” president Mary Kennedy Thompson said in a release.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing started as a small drain-cleaning company by David Duck in Oklahoma City, OK. It is now a multi-million dollar corporation with more than 300 franchisees worldwide, including 26 in Canada.
Victoria, BC is home to the first Canadian Mr. Rooter location, which was opened by Jody Auchinvole in 1992. The franchise was sold to Erwin Van Diermen in 2011.
