Wolseley Canada Inc. has acquired Plomberium Pierrefonds, a bath and kitchen retailer in Montréal, QC. A leader in luxury bath and kitchen products for 35 years, Plomberium Pierrefonds will immediately continue its operations under the Vague & Vogue brand, Wolseley’s Quebec-based showroom business.

As a result of the acquisition, 20 Plomberium Pierrefonds employees join Wolseley Canada Inc. Two of the former owners of Plomberium Pierrefonds, Pierre Girouard and Lou Rubino, continue in management roles.

“This acquisition boosts our luxury bath and kitchen showroom presence in the growing Montréal market,” said Sébastien Laforge, Wolseley Canada general manager, Plumbing & HVAC/R, Quebec. “The Plomberium Pierrefonds team has an excellent reputation for service and expertise and we’re excited they’re joining Vague & Vogue.”

With the purchase of Plomberium Pierrefonds, Vague & Vogue now serves customers from 11 locations across Québec. In addition to Vague & Vogue, Wolseley Canada Inc. operates retail bath and kitchen showrooms across Canada under the Kitchen & Bath Classics, TAPS Bath and Wolseley Studio brands.
