Unico expands headquarters

With a $2 million building renovation, Unico, Inc., has added 15,000 square feet of offices and a 4,000-square-foot testing lab to its headquarters in St. Louis, MN. Unico manufactures small-duct and ductless heating and air conditioning systems in the 125,000-square-foot facility.
