Customers can get up to 75 percent of the energy efficiency upgrade costs for custom projects that reduce natural gas use in eligible private market-rate multi-family buildings and social housing, to a maximum of $200,000.* They must commit by Aug. 31, 2023, and install and commission projects before Oct. 31, 2023.

As a business partner, you can receive financial incentives for every piece of eligible high-efficiency equipment installed by your customers and a one-time bonus at the end of the year.

Earn up to $1,000 on select projects†

Get five percent of the total customer incentive per building, up to $1,000, for custom variable frequency drives and in-suite recovery
