June 4, 2021 | By Logan Caswell

The Group specializes in commercial refrigeration and mechanical services including preventative maintenance, repair, installation and renovation.

The Arcticom Group (TAG), a commercial and industrial refrigeration company, has announced its expansion into the Canadian HVAC/R market with three brand acquisitions: CT Control Temp and its sister company IHM Mechanical,  located in Vancouver; and CTR Refrigeration & Food Store Equipment with locations in Calgary and Edmonton.

“The addition of CT, IHM & CTR substantially advance The Arcticom Group as an elite specialty mechanical services company by bringing together the market leaders in Western Canada with TAG’s existing, loyal client base across the Western and Southern U.S. These substantial additions give us access to the growing Canadian market with full design build capability and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences in all aspects of commercial HVAC/R service and installation,” said Jim Pape, CEO of The Arcticom Group, in a media release.

Based in California, TAG has been rapidly growing over the past three years due to its business model built on acquiring independent HVAC/R companies. Its network of operations provide commercial refrigeration and mechanical services including preventative maintenance, repair, installation, renovation, new system engineering and design, energy optimization and refrigerant management programs.
