The Construction Education Council  and  MCA Manitoba would like to invite you to the Fort Garry Hotel in downtown Winnipeg, October 19^th to 21^st, 2016 to partake in three days of intense training by some of North America’s most talented and well versed instructors.  You will have the opportunity to learn a little more about yourself as a leader, manager and supervisor all of which are key components for building strong relationships and effective leadership. From there attendees will then explore how to embrace conflict and see it as a valuable resource.  Other topics will include working with a multi generational workforce, ethics in construction, time management, trends in construction contracts, construction contract interpretation, future trends in construction technology, learning how to draw presence to yourself, and finally understanding liens on government owned lands.
