The second session in this two-part Pathways to Success series is entitled: Your Own Path to Success Personal Branding, Networking and Advocacy

This online session (open to CIPH and MCAC members) will run Wednesday, February 3  from 1:30 – 3:00 pm (eastern time) and will include a panel of manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors who will share their insights about:

• Career mapping – what is it and how do you do it
• Behaviours, thoughts, and actions that help you develop resilience
• How to stay connected in a world of physical distancing
• Ideas and tips to build your personal brand
• How to be your own advocate
• Career paths and options in our industry – why this industry is a great place to build your career
• Networking – why it’s important, and how involvement in associations can help
• Goal setting – What are you working toward and why. The why matters;  trying to determine what you think achieving your goal will bring you is just as important as the goal itself.
