The 12th Pellets Industry Forum will be held October 9-10, 2012 in Berlin, Germany. Interested experts from this sector with proposals for congress contributions can submit them to Solar Promotion GmbH before May 25, 2012. Selected speakers will receive tickets to the conference. Organizers are looking for contributions on the following subjects: general development of the international pellets market – heating and electricity markets including: areas of potential, requirements and perspectives; political and legal conditions; and sustainability. In the heating market, papers are being sought that discuss: current market developments, political and legal conditions, regulations, areas of potential and shortfalls; industry-related research and development: new developments in combustion systems, drive and control engineering, storage systems, materials handling and flue systems; measures for increasing efficiency and reducing emissions; furnaces for alternative pelleted fuels; and innovations in production technology.
