The Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH) has announced that Therese Kasongo has joined the team as a program manager responsible for overseeing and supporting the activities of CIPH’s Plumbing & Mechanical Advisory Council (PMAC) and the Canadian Hydronics Council (CHC).

Kasongo began with the CIPH on October 1, 2019. Bilingual (English/French) she brings previous experience within the not-for-profit association world with a background on member services and professional development, recently with the Interior Designers of Canada.

“We are delighted to welcome Therese to the CIPH team,” said Ralph Suppa, CIPH president and general manager in a release. “She brings a strong member approach in both official languages along with enthusiasm to ensure that the mission and vision of these key CIPH Councils move forward in this ever fast past changing industry that we serve.”
