
HRAI hosting webinar on IAQ and COVID-19 in commercial buildings

The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) is inviting members to register for a webinar that will provide an evidence basis for what is known about the transmission of COVID-19 and how it relates to commercial buildings and their systems.
Being held on Tuesday, January 26th at 12:00 pm (eastern time), the hour-long session is being led by Jeffrey Siegel, Ph.D., a professor of civil engineering at the University of Toronto.
The webinar will explore the main transmission routes for the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the interaction with HVAC systems, and the talk will provide practical guidance on how to use HVAC strategies to reduce transmission.
