Innovair acquires Warmzone to grow its electric heating reach in the U.S.

Based in Salt Lake City, Warmzone is a manufacturer and distributor of electric heating systems.
Innovair Solutions, the Quebec-based manufacturer and distributor of electric heating and HVAC solutions that recently joined forces with Stelpro, is expanding its reach in the U.S. market with the acquisition of Warmzone, an electric radiant-heating systems specialist from Salt Lake City, Utah.
“The specialized knowledge of the Warmzone team, combined with our internal expertise, will allow us to optimize our heating cable offering and enhance the advisory services provided to our clients,” said Louis Beaulieu, Innovair CEO, in a media release.
Warmzone operations, which include floor heating, snow melting, roof de-icing and more, will remain in the Salt Lake City area at its 22,000 sq. ft. facilities.
This marks Innovair Solutions’ third U.S. location, complementing its existing facilities in Miami and Chicago.
