LG Electronics Inc. and Intertek announced in February that they are expanding their partnership to encompass air conditioning products and energy solutions for the first time.
As part of a new global strategic partnership agreement, the companies will collaborate on safety, electromagnetic compatibility, performance, energy efficiency and environmental requirements for LG products. This includes residential and commercial air conditioning systems, solar panels and LED lighting.
The companies, which have worked together for decades, expect this alliance to build on the strengths of both companies.
