Long time NEBB board member named president

The National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) has named Jean-Paul Leblanc, NEBB CP, as its 2015-2016 president. This announcement was made at the board of directors’ meeting in mid October.

Leblanc is the owner and president of Hydrauliques R&O Services Inc., located in Montreal, QC. In 1988, he became a NEBB certified professional in air and hydronics. Leblanc became active in the NEBB Canada chapter during the same year, and served twice as the chapter president. He has also served on the NEBB TAB committee, including a term as chairman. Now in his 11^th year on the board of directors, Leblanc successfully moved through the chairs of the NEBB executive/finance committee, serving one term in each officer position.

Leblanc succeeds Jim Huber, NEBB president for the 2014 to 2015 calendar year.
