The Master Group has expanded its operations in Western Canada with the acquisition of Saskatchewan distributor Davies Supply Group.
The transaction includes all of Davies Supply’s operations, including the head office in Saskatoon, SK and branches in Calgary and Lethbridge, AB.
“For several years, Master has paved the way for an accelerated growth towards the Pacific Ocean and this acquisition clearly takes us just a few steps from the finish line,” said Louis St-Laurent, president and CEO of The Master Group.
Davies Supply employs 28 people and specializes in the distribution of heating and air conditioning parts, and water treatment/pump products. The company’s team will remain in place and it will continue to operate under its current name. www.master.ca
