Busy agenda for CIPH Ontario region business meeting

At CIPH Ontario Region‘s business meeting on May 16, guest speaker Wendy Mesley of CBC’s The National regaled attendees with her experiences as a media personality, specifically those relating to earning, maintaining and losing trust. The group also held its AGM following the luncheon. Randy Winter of Canplas is the 2013-2014 Ontario Region president. The meeting was also an opportunity to discuss YES, which represents the interests of Ontario executives who are under 40 years of age and working in the plumbing, industrial PVF, waterworks or hydronic heating industries. The goal of YES is to “enhance and develop young executives into strong industry leaders as well as providing a better appreciation of their industry association.” The 1st YES Event will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2013 in Etobicoke, ON.
