MEET Show 2022 Open For Registration

Taking place May 4 & 5 in Moncton, New Brunswick, educational sessions will include presentations by Robert Bean and Bill Hooper.

Atlantic Canada’s largest trade show for the mechanical industry, the Mechanical Electrical Electronic Technology (MEET) Show, returns May 4th and 5th to the the Moncton Coliseum in Moncton, New Brunswick, and online registration is now open.

For attendees willing to pre-register, the online cost is $10, the entry price rises to $20 at the door.

Robert Bean

This year’s educational seminars will include presentations from Robert Bean, president, Indoor Climate Consulting and a regular HPAC Magazine contributor, who will will explore the human sciences behind thermal comfort and air quality and how energy and exergy efficiency is the natural outcome from engineering the indoor environment using human factor design tools.

Bill Hooper

In addition, Bill Hooper, regional sales manager, Atlantic Canada, with Uponor and Chair of the CIPH Board, will present “Customized Mechanical Rooms to Optimize Efficiency and Profitability,” where he will introduce new technologies, discuss strategies in thinking differently about mechanical room systems, and consider redundancies, efficiencies, and effectiveness of components for future appliances and applications.

Bean and Hooper will be making presentations on both days of the show. The complete seminar program can be viewed online.

Also, this year’s event will include the 6th edition of the MEET Innovation Awards presented during the show to recognize innovative products from exhibiting companies. One award from each of the show’s four sponsoring associations will be presented.

MEET is presented by the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH), ACME (Atlantic Canada Mechanical Exhibitors), IES (Illuminating Engineering Society) – Maritime Sections, and Electro-Federation Canada.
