MEET show announces Innovation Award winners

The Mechanical Electrical Electronic Technology (MEET) show will return to Moncton, NB from May 2-3 at the Moncton Coliseum.

Thousands of visitors from North America will attend the biennial event to network, attend educational seminars and visit the tradeshow floor.

The latest products and services in plumbing, electrical, automation, lighting, HVAC and hardware will be on display at the show’s 400 booths.

“We are seeing registration numbers climb higher and are anticipating a very big year for the show,” said show manager Shawn Murphy.

Highlights of the show’s 23rd edition include an industry dinner at the Delta Beauséjour ballroom, a seminar series and the fifth biennial MEET Innovation Awards.

The Innovation Award winners are:

  • ACME Innovation Award: Filtration Plus Limited for the Sensor 360 filtration monitoring technology
  • CIPH Innovation Award: Bosch Thermotechnology for the Greentherm 9000 tankless water heaters
  • EFC Innovation Award: Stelpro for the Maestro smart controller thermostat
  • IES Innovation Award: Axis Lighting for its Stencil lighting product

Attendance at the seminar program is considered informal education and counts toward professional development credits with the following associations: Engineers Nova Scotia, Engineers PEI, and APEGNB.

MEET attracts contractors, developers, engineers, architects, tradespeople, building manager, distributors, utilities and other professionals in the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
