Moncton, NB to host 2016 Skills Canada National Competition

The Skills Canada National Competition (SCNC) is scheduled for June 5-8, 2016 at the Moncton Coliseum in Moncton, NB. The event highlights over 40 skill areas with 500 young competitors from all regions across Canada participating. It features a dedicated “Career Zone,” which includes over 60 exhibit booths and interactive activities, and sponsored Try-A-Trade and Technology activities. There will also be an Essential Skills Youth Forum for young adults aged 18 to 22 encouraging discussion on current Skills/Compétences Canada (SCC) programming. Admission to the competition is free and it is open to the public.
