New Brunswick entrepreneur, Normand Caissie has acquired Don Park Residential Manufacturing at 842 York Mills Road in Toronto, ON. Don Park is a producer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) galvanized duct, pipe and fitting products and has been in business for over 40 years. This acquisition, effective July 30, does not include the firm’s commercial manufacturing (ICI) and fire divisions. The company will operate under the name of Don Park Manufacturing Inc.
Caissie is chief executive officer of the Imperial Manufacturing Group (IMG). Since its founding in 1979, IMG has acquired and absorbed 17 companies and now operates 10 diversified divisions. The company employs more than 700 people in facilities located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, and the United States.
