New Building Code Regulation in Manitoba

The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute (HRAI) reports that Regulation 175/2012 Manitoba Building Code (MBC) has been published which delays the adoption of the new NBC Section 9.36 for Energy Efficiency in Houses and Small Buildings in order to conduct a review of the document.
