For each rating system and each region of Canada, a series of six RPCs was published in August 2012. These RPCs are existing LEED credits that have been designated as being particularly important in a given region. Projects select RPCs from the lists of designated credits in the region where the project is taking place. All projects registered after August 31, 2012 are required to follow this approach.
