Noble deal finalized

RONA inc. has completed the sale of its commercial and professional market division, known as Noble, to Talisker Plumbing Corporation-a subsidiary of EMCO Corporation. The sale was announced in June 2013 and took effect on October 21, 2013. According to Taliskar, it intends to “grow and develop Noble as a distinct subsidiary, with a separate management structure.”
