North American business training company reaches 20-year milestone

Founded in 1998 by Bruce Wiseman and Barry Burnett in Seattle, WA, BDR has 90 employees, including 25 coaches and 12 trainers.
Business Development Resources (BDR) is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The company is a provider of business coaching and training services for HVAC and plumbing contractors, distributors and manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada.
BDR hosts more than 200 business training classes annually. Its courses focus on profitability, structure, service, sales and labour management.
Workshop-style curriculum is offered through BDR University in Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX and Raleigh, NC.
This year, the company expects close to 1,000 attendees will attend its Profit Launch in Seattle. In its 14th year, Profit Launch is BDR’s business planning workshop. Attendees leave with a completed five-year business plan. www.bdrco.com
