Strength in numbers: geothermal association becomes HRAI affiliate

The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) and Ontario Geothermal Association (OGA) signed an agreement in April, whereby OGA will become an affiliated association (chapter). The areas of service HRAI and OGA will provide for the geothermal sector include government advocacy, training and certification, marketing and industry statistics. The partnership is expected to strengthen both associations’ positions in the provincial and national geothermal industry. OGA members will renew their memberships within HRAI. HRAI member contractors, wholesalers, manufacturers and associates in the geothermal sector in Ontario can join with the OGA within the HRAI structure.  Patrick Callan
