Right Time Group acquires company in Guelph

The group has expanded its presence in Southern Ontario with the acquisition of Oosterveld Heating and Air Conditioning.
Right Time Group of Companies continues to grow in Southern Ontario with the acquisition of Guelph-based Oosterveld Heating and Air Conditioning.
Established in 1980, Oosterveld provides residential heating, cooling, air quality, and hot water services to homeowners in Guelph and surrounding areas. Management and employees of the company will join Right Time.
Oosterveld Heating and Air Conditioning marks Right Time’s 17th acquisition, fourth since this time last year.
“We have enjoyed keeping our local friends and neighbours comfortable for over 40 years,” shared owner Rick Oosterveld. “I am pleased that Right Time is taking over the brand, which I expect will thrive under new ownership and continue to provide first-class service to the residents of Guelph.”
Right Time, majority-owned by San Francisco-based private equity firm Gryphon Investors, now operates out of 24 locations in Canada with operations in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia
