SPX Technologies acquiring ASPEQ Heating Group

ASPEQ heating group provides electrical heating solutions to industrial and commercial markets under a variety of brands.
SPX Technologies, parent company of cooling and heating divisions with brands including Marley cooling towers, Weil-McLain and Patterson-Kelley, has entered into an agreement to purchase ASPEQ Heating Group from Industrial Growth Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.
ASPEQ will become a part of SPX Technologies’ HVAC Heating platform, within its electrical heating business, joining Marley Engineered Products.
The ASPEQ heating group provides electrical heating solutions to industrial and commercial markets under brands such as: INDEECO, Heatrex, AccuTherm, Brasch, Spectrum, BannerDay PipeHeating, BBC, and Solar Products.
