Superior Boiler achieves ISO certification

The industrial boiler manufacturer sought ISO certification in response to customer requests.
Superior Boiler, the Virginia-based manufacturer of industrial watertube and flextube boilers, scotch marine and vertical firetube boilers for process steam, hot water and waste heat recovery and high-efficiency hot water condensing boilers, has announced that its quality management system has been certified as compliant with ISO 9001 international quality standards.
The company sought ISO certification in response to customer requests and to meet the challenge itself.
Superior is in the process of moving its entire 150-person team into a single 73,000-sq. ft. building the company purchased last year in Hutchinson, Virginia.
