The Master Group continues its growth across Canada with the acquisition of Baymar Supply Ltd., a Southwestern Ontario HVAC-R distributor specialized in commercial, industrial and institutional solutions with offices in Windsor and London, Ont.
“By integrating Baymar into the Master team we can join forces and become a dominant player by offering a unique value proposition to all the HVAC-R sectors across Southwestern Ontario,” said Louis St-Laurent, CEO of the Boucherville, Que.-based Master Group, in a company release.
Master Group is the largest independent distributor in the HVAC-R field in Canada serving the residential, commercial and industrial sectors with over 40 branches coast-to-coast.
Baymar has 24 employees and will continue to operate under the name Baymar Supply Ltd. “For over 30 years, our keys to success have been based on what’s best for our customers and our passion to be leaders in supplying products that are on the leading edge of technology in our industry,” said Frank Frabotta, president of Baymar Supply in the media release. “In doing so, Baymar has achieved sustained growth over the years.
