Watts Water Technologies, Inc. Completes Acquisition of tekmar Control Systems

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. has completed the acquisition of tekmar Control Systems in a share purchase transaction. tekmar is a designer and manufacturer of control solutions for a HVAC applications, including a range of hydronic systems. tekmar had annual revenues in 2011 of approximately $11 million.
