Winters Instruments acquires Edmonton’s CPW Valve & Instrument

Winters Instruments and CPW will continue to operate independently, with CPW’s “Made in Canada” products continuing to be promoted and sold under the CPW brand.
Winters Instruments, a global manufacturer of pressure and temperature instrumentation based in Toronto, has acquired Edmonton’s CPW Valve & Instrument, a precision pressure instruments and accessories manufacturer.
Winters Instruments’ portfolio of pressure and temperature solutions has a distribution network spanning more than 90 countries. Both companies will continue to operate independently, with CPW’s “Made in Canada” products continuing to be promoted and sold under the CPW brand.
The integration of CPW into the Winters Instruments group will be a carefully-managed process, according to a press release, with both companies committed to maintaining their level of service and support to customers during this transition.
