Leadership workshop tackles challenges of managing different generations

Leading Tomorrow’s Generation Today will be held February 19, 2014 at the GTA/Mississauga Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn by Hilton at 5515 Eglinton Ave. W. in Toronto, ON. The half-day session will expand on the highly-rated closing keynote session with Greg Witz (Witz Education) at the 2013 HRAI Annual Meeting & Conference. The workshop, which is being offered non-exclusively to HRAI and CIPH members, offers participants the critical components necessary to lead, guide, mentor and coach the multitude of generations within their organizations. Workshop content includes: who are the generations?; understanding the evolution of management styles; recognizing conflicting management styles and expectations; orchestrating an engaged and motivated workforce; how to manage up and down (knowing your audience); and more.
