Kim Forgues
Wolseley Canada Inc. has appointed Kim Forgues to the position of vice president, human resources. Forgues was most recently the partner and head of HR practice at Odgers Berndston. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles with D+ H (purchased by Finastra), Home Depot Canada, CIBC, Bombardier Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney Canada.
Cheryl Merchant
Cheryl Merchant is the new president of the Taco Family of Companies, North America. For nearly two decades, Merchant held the title of president and CEO at Hope Global Industries. Luca Bolcati, previously vice president of Taco International, will now become president of Taco International.
Jeff Underwood
RectorSeal has named Jeff Underwood vice president of sales and marketing. Underwood also assumes the same position for parent company CSW Industrials. He previously held several positions at Goodman Manufacturing, including vice president of marketing, director of brand management and brand manager for Goodman’s parent company Daikin.
