Jerry Leyte
Jerry Leyte has joined Viessmann Manufacturing Company as director of sales and marketing.
Leyte’s new position is effective February 5, 2018. The transition comes at the heels of former director Ken Webster’s retirement.
Leyte previously held the position of sales manager for Central Canada at Uponor. In his new role at Viessmann, Leyte will be located at the company’s Waterloo, ON office. He will oversee sales teams across the country.
Prior to Uponor, Leyte worked as a sales engineering manager at Jamesway Incubator Company in Cambridge, ON. He was responsible for HVAC and plumbing designs, mechanical systems layouts and HVAC sales.
Born in Newfoundland and Labrador, Leyte moved to Prince Edward Island as a teenager. He has a Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of Applied Science from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, a former university located in Halifax, NS, now part of Dalhousie University.
He worked in Nova Scotia for eight years before moving to Ontario in 2003. www.viessmann.ca
