Munch’s Supply Acquires Ontario-based TML Supply

TML Supply marks the second Ontario acquisition completed by Munch’s Supply.
Munch’s Supply has acquired Peterborough-based TML Supply and its 13 branches servicing Ontario.
TML Supply, a wholesale distributor of residential and commercial HVAC/R products operating since 1953, marks the second Ontario acquisition completed by Munch’s Supply this year after the company purchased Marks Supply this past June.
The new acquisition grows Munch’s geographic footprint to 64 locations in total serving 16 U.S. states and Ontario.
Illinois-based Munch’s Supply has been operating in the Chicago area for 65 years. Ridgemont Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in Munch’s Supply in 2019 and continues to support the company in its ongoing organic and M&A growth initiatives.
