Taco Announces New Manufacturer’s Rep for GTA

Effective January 1, 2022, Smith Energy will become Taco's manufacturer’s rep in the GTA.
Taco Comfort Solutions has announced that Smith Energy, an Enviroair Industries brand, will become its new manufacturer’s representative in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), effective January 1, 2022.
Founded in Montreal in 1998, the Enviroair brand has grown to six offices and over 60 employees from Halifax to Kitchener, Ont. The company specializes in systems-based design support with a hydronics focus. In early 2021, Smith Energy, acquired by Enviroair in 2015, officially merged with Enviroair. With a strong boiler and hydronic presence in the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and Northern Ontario, Enviroair still uses the Smith Energy Brand in these markets.
“After many years of working with Enviroair Industries in Quebec and Eastern Ontario, our partnerships and businesses have grown tremendously and allowed us to position us as a key player in those markets. We are proud to have them on board and look forward to continue our expansion,” said Mike Miller, vice president of sales, Canada for Taco Comfort Solutions.
