Bartle & Gibson acquires Triangle Supply, enters Red Deer, AB market

Western Canada distributor Bartle & Gibson Co Ltd. is expanding in Red Deer, AB with the acquisition of Triangle Supply Ltd.
The purchase, announced November 13, will see all 14 Triangle Supply employees join Bartle & Gibson, headquartered in Edmonton, AB. Bartle & Gibson has approximately 450 employees across 30 locations in Alberta, B.C. and the Northwest Territories.
Gerald Halford, president of Triangle Supply, will continue in his current role “to ensure a smooth transition,” according to a joint release by Halford and Robert Whitty, president and CEO of Bartle & Gibson.
Triangle Supply will operate out of its current location in Red Deer for the foreseeable future and will be known as Triangle Supply a division of Bartle & Gibson Co Ltd. www.trianglesupply.com www.bartlegibson.com
