CIPH hires new program manager for councils, membership committee

Petra studied at the University of Toronto, where her areas of expertise included public policy, strategic communications, stakeholder outreach, ethics, advocacy and event management.

The Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating (CIPH) has hired Natalie Petra as program manager.

Petra will be responsible for overseeing activities of the institute’s Pipe, Valves and Fittings Council, Education and Training Council, membership committee and Canadian Water Systems Council.

“We are very excited to welcome Natalie to our team,” said CIPH president and general manager Ralph Suppa. “She brings an experienced not-for-profit focused team approach along with enthusiasm to ensure that the mission and vision of these key CIPH Councils and Committee move forward.”

Petra has more than 10 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, most recently having worked with the Ontario Library Association.
