France-based Sauermann Group has acquired E Instruments International, headquartered in Langhorne, PA.
The purchase aims to boost the group’s research and development, manufacturing service and warehousing capabilities in the U.S.
E Instruments International is an industrial designer and manufacturer of instrumentation solutions focused on emissions, combustion analyzers and indoor air quality. The company has manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Europe.
