Noritz acquires Peerless Boiler, plans to operate separately

Noritz Corporation has acquired PB Heat, LLC, a provider of stainless steel boilers based in Bally, PA.

Both companies will operate separately and independently as subsidiaries of Noritz. Doug Shuff, president and CEO of PB Heat, will continue to lead the company.

Members of the management team will also remain, including Peter Morgan, executive vice president, Gary Hainley, vice president of engineering, David Fueller, controller, Barry Walsh, vice president of operations and Mike McDonnell, vice president of marketing and mid-Atlantic sales.

PB Heat’s Peerless stainless steel boilers will continue to be marketed and sold independently, and the same local sales representatives will serve the company’s customers. www.noritz.com
