IPEX parent company Aliaxis acquiring Valencia Pipe Co. manufacturing division

Valencia pipe and fittings manufacturing division primarily produces plumbing solutions for the residential market.
Aliaxis SA, the parent company of IPEX in North America, has signed an agreement to acquire the manufacturing division of U.S. based Valencia Pipe Company for US$250 million.
The acquisition expands the company’s reach into the Western U.S. by adding two manufacturing facilities, located in Walla Walla, Washington and Kingman Arizona, and a distribution centre in Kingman, Arizona.
Valencia used in a variety of applications including water, gas, drain, waste and vent and pressure.
The Valencia pipe and fittings manufacturing division primarily produces ABS, PVC and MDPE pipe for the residential market.
