Fieldpiece Introduces New Wireless Refrigerant Scale

Fieldpiece Instruments has launched its model SR47, an upgraded wireless refrigerant scale designed for HVAC/R contractors and technicians.
Replacing the SRS3, the new SR47 offers a 252-lb. maximum load capacity and its oversized 13-in. platform design with integrated bumpers is engineered to fit any refrigerant tank.
It also features battery life of up to 200 hours and a wireless 1000-ft. range with the Job Link System App, allowing technicians to capture data and send reports or invoices, and it also integrates with other tool measurements such as SMAN digital manifolds.
The unit’s wireless remote can be stored in a niche located under the scale.
The SR47 is compact in size and lightweight at 7-lbs., and it is weather resistant so techs can work in the rain if they need to.
It also comes with a protective case that’s easy to carry over the shoulder between jobs from residential sites to commercial rooftop units and includes protective padding to withstand truck or van transport and storage.
