Bacharach, Inc., global manufacturer of refrigerant gas leak detection and monitoring instruments, and combustion and emissions analyzers, has announced the completion of the acquisition of Parasense, Inc.
A privately-owned ISO 9001:2008 accredited small business provider of engineering and technical services, Parasense develops, manufactures and supports refrigeration detection and monitoring equipment for the food retail and military segments of the refrigeration and air conditioning markets.

Located in Quedgeley, England, the Parasense manufacturing and design operations are under the direction of Dan Radford, Managing Director and include sales and support resources for their European and export customer base. In North America, Parasense supports their market position with distribution, assembly, service, sales and training in its Stanardsville, Virginia facility under the direction of Michelle Collier, Chief Operations Officer. The combined leadership of Michelle and Dan, along with their staff, brings over 30 years of industry experience to the Bacharach team.
As the management team works to leverage the combined strengths of the two businesses, Parasense and Bacharach will continue to operate business as usual under their existing structure, company name, contacts and customer and supplier interactions.
