Right Time expands to Nova Scotia

The acquisition of Shines Energy Inc. of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is the Group's first location in Atlantic Canada.
In a continuing effort to roll up more HVAC service companies under its banner, the Right Time Group of Companies has acquired Shines Energy Inc. of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, marking Right Time’s first location in Atlantic Canada.
Since 2013, Shines has delivered residential heating, cooling and air quality to homeowners in the Halifax Regional Municipality area.
Shines is the 19th acquisition completed by Right Time as part of its growth strategy.
“Sandy Hines has done a fantastic job building a well-respected business in the Halifax area, and Right Time will continue to deliver the Shines brand promise for years to come,” said Right Time CEO Craig Goettler in a company release.
Right Time is majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm based in San Francisco.
