Rubiena Duarte
As Procore’s Vice-President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Rubiena Duarte is responsible for driving diversity and inclusion initiatives that enhance the company’s culture of belonging.
Most recently, Rubiena served as the Vice-President of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The Walt Disney Company. There, she led the development and implementation of critical D&I strategies to support all businesses and leaders across the globe, and was an expert and advocate for inclusion practices both inside and outside of the company.
Previously, she held leadership positions at Manulife, Dell, and HP. Rubeina holds a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a post-graduate degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Johannesburg.
