ProKontrol acquires Carostan Controls

Both based in the Greater Montreal Area, the move allows ProKontrol to increase its capacity for electrical panel production.
ProKontrol, a national distributor of HVAC/R control equipment for commercial buildings for 40 years, has acquired Carostan Controls.
Both companies are based in the Greater Montreal Area.
Carostan Controls, operating since 1991, built its reputation in the manufacture of control panels and automated systems with experience in large-scale projects.
The acquisition allows ProKontrol to increase its capacity for electrical panel production, while Carostan Controls will also benefit from the resources and increased expertise offered by the ProKontrol group
The priority of both companies is to ensure business continuity by retaining the existing teams.
