Johnson Controls acquires M&M Carnot

With operations in Trois Rivières, Quebec, M&M Carnot makes industrial refrigeration equipment operating on CO₂.
Johnson Controls has announced the acquisition of M&M Carnot, a manufacturer of industrial refrigeration equipment and controls that use carbon dioxide (CO2) as a refrigerant.
Based in Trois Rivières, Quebec, and in Annapolis, Maryland, M&M Carnot adds to a growing portfolio of industrial refrigeration equipment operating on CO₂ for Johnson Controls.
M&M Carnot is one of North America’s largest providers of transcritical CO₂ solutions, including heat pumps and tailored solutions for data centres.
